Was looking for low salt and this was the answer

I've been Q'ing for years and for the most part these various rubs all pretty much contain similar ingredients (pepper, salt, paprika, cayenne, sugar, whatever)....so with this purchase I figured it was just another rub but as soon as I peeled open the top, the intensity of spices hit my nose like a freight train. I sprinkled on both sides of the chicken and later that night cooked me up some of the BEST chicken I've ever made! True, some of what the technique (indirect heat for 30 minutes with some pellets smoking beneath, on a 48" grill with far right burner on medium and chicken stacked on upper grates on left side....then finished over medium heat on right side.....but OMG, it was definitely the BEST BBQ'd chicken I've ever made! I'm a believer in Suckle Busters and will be trying other rubs!

A little to salty for me

best chicken or pork seasoning ever!

I used this tonight on some chicken breasts in the air fryer and they came out delicious. Rubbed them down and kept them in a ziploc for a few hours before.This rub has the perfect balance of flavor. Not too hot with the right amount of heat that’s not all pepper and nothing else. You won’t be looking for a glass of milk because your mouth is on fire. I’m really impressed. They know how to season chicken down in Coppell Texas!My only regret is I didn’t make more chicken! Can’t wait to use it again!

I use this to make afterburner chicken soft tacos.
