Short Air Cam Walker Fracture Boot, Small, Black

I have a severe ankle sprain into week 7 of babying this thing and have been wearing the tall walking boot from the doctors office which I have learned to appreciate, especially when I’m not wearing it . I was also given a brace that just wasn’t enough and couldn’t fit my shoe over it . I still have pain ,swelling and instability in my ankle on uneven surfaces like grass . I wanted a short boot to be able to navigate around easier and hope to finally heal . I was very impressed with the quality of this boot and the air pump . It was fully inflated and has extra padding with it . I wear a size 7 in woman's and the small fits perfect. If I didn’t have it inflated so much my toes would not be sticking out. It feels really soothing and good on my ankle . It’s light weight . My tall boot is much larger and near too big and it was a small ! I almost purchased an extra small boot because of this. I am glad I didn’t. It was difficult to find same day or next day availability in shipping . I looked on Amazon for quite a while and eventually this is the product I wanted and it popped up . What was weird was I started searching a little bit over 3 days and they all seemed in reasonably price range and place in my cart to purchase …..but over a week or later for shipping . So I quit looking . Then decided to look again and buy anyway with late ship and everything had a $20 dollar or more price hike ! I am definitely noticing fluctuating prices on Amazon , one minute it’s this , and the next it’s that , it seems once they see you are interested in it the price increases. Ive even had prices increase even after an item is placed in my cart ! So I said forget that I don’t need the boot ! Then day 3 rolls around and the short walking boot I wanted , and tried to find locally at a box stores with zero success pops up reasonably price again with same day shipping . Can you say tracking ? I purchased it right away and am very happy with my purchase and quality but am unhappy with what I feel is Amazon Vendor Trickery tracking and price gouging. Really , if I’ve noticed it others have also . I love you Amazon but please stop your vendors from doing this ! Don’t fall for that folks just because it’s something you want or need !

I bought this orthopedic boot after my ankle injury, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. It’s very comfortable, lightweight, and easy to adjust. The straps hold the foot securely without causing pain, and it gives me great confidence while walking. The material also feels durable and high quality.

Rolled my ankle Thursday 7/2 and definitely couldn’t walk on it. I was mentally preparing myself for a ruined holiday weekend. A coworker suggested this boot Friday morning, 7/3 and I thought there was no way it would arrive on time to save my weekend. I ordered it at 8:40 am, paid the extra for 3 hour delivery ($4.99-very reasonable), and kept my fingers crossed. I went back to sleep with my wrap and my ice pack and when I woke up at 10 am my package had arrived! I hopped on one leg to the door and then set myself up with the boot. It was very simple to put on and with a few easy adjustments I had secured my rather swollen and bruised foot. My foot did hurt, it wasn’t magical, but the boot did allow me to hobble around and put some weight on my bad leg. There was no way I was going to be able to hop everywhere. While I wasn’t completely mobile the boot did make it possible for me to leave the house and sit by our friend’s pool. It made it possible for me to be able to go to the bathroom by myself. Basically it saved my Fourth of July weekend. I’m on the mend, but this boot was a lifesaver. I’m a size 7 and I ordered according to the size guide, the small I believe. It was a good fit. The compression and release valve worked very well and combined with the Velcro straps I was able to customize my fit and feel secure. It does work on either foot. Would highly recommend. Also very happy with the speedy delivery. Thank you.

This is well made, good quality, and the "sole" is non-slip and easy to walk in. My caveat emptor is about the height and comfort of where it hits on the leg. I bought a Small (I usually wear a women's 6/6.5/Euro 36, and foot size wise it is a comfortable (albeit slightly roomy fit). My issue is the height- this boot's side plastic support is slightly (like .5 inch) taller than similar other boots, and there is an additional 1.5 in ofnthe foamy boot inside that comes up over the plastic part which is great for some, but for me, no: I'm about 5ft tall, and that plastic side support hits my calf at an awkward spot and is actually quite uncomfortable, even with the padding. This is a good value and quality, but fit may not be for everyone.

When back and forth to orth doc with a miss diagnosed sesamoid fracture, after seeing a podiatrist that took the extra time with me, she suggested this boot and it was very helpful at keeping pressure off my sesamoid/ball of foot area and helped greatly in my healing! Maybe walking around much easier and wasn’t too heavy.

This is a game changer! Much more comfortable than the one the orthopedist gave me that came up to my knee! Highly recommend it if you need to keep your foot stable.

Item came used. With rocks and gum stuck to the bottom. Otherwise, nice boot and I like the pumping aspect for extra support/comfort.

Awesome!! The one I got from the doctors was horrible. My foot kept slipping thru the back opening, the liner didn't help hold me in, sores on the top of my foot. My foot is broken- jones fracture, I think the crappy boot didn't help. I asked several times for a new one, I've been in it for 3 months, they said it would be the same boot and insurance would charge me $240.00. Sooo- I amazoned it. This boot for $50.00 is the best! My foot is secure and not sliding at all. The air pump let's you customize the fit. I just can't say enough. Except, I wish I found it 3 months ago!! If you are having the same problem- get this boot! It's so well made- way better than the standard hospital issue. Worth every penny and more!!!!

Excelente todo, la atención, la seriedad y sobre todo la rapidez con la que llego el producto. Ayer me fracture un dedo del pie y hoy ya tengo la bota para poder usarla y mantener seguro el dedo afectado, ya que en el hospital solo te lo entablillan y ya.

Es muy comoda, su valvula de aire permite que tu pie se sienta mas seguro al caminar, me ayudo mucho en la recuperacion de mi esguince de tobillo, el producto llego en buen estado y mas rapido de lo que esperaba.
