It can be used in many applications where you need to create a watertight seal. Flat Roofs, Metal Roofs, Sloped Roofs, Planter Boxes, Foundations, Sheds, Bats, Metal, Wood, Concrete and more. Use Liquid Rubber Seam Tape or Liquid Rubber Geo-Textile to bridge seams, joints, vents, protrusions to create a long lasting repair or rejuvenation.Apply when temperature is above 50F/10C. and surface is dry, free of dirt, loose flaky paint and coatings, oil, grease, coal tar or other contaminants. Typically cures within 24-48 hrs. Do not freeze. Store in a warm area. Do not apply in wet conditions or if rain is forcasted within 24 hrs. Not meant as a constant walking surface.Coverage - Vertical Surfaces - Apply a minimum final thickness of 1 gallon per 25 sq ft (2.3 sq m). I used 2 gallons and did 3 coats. It's been 4 years and I just now have a leak, but it's due to a crack in my Mortar, not liquid rubbers fault. It worked amazingly for me. I laid it on normal twice, and then somewhat thick using a chip brush each time. Good luck! **Q: Will this work on a RV rubber foof?** A: When I applied it to my RV it would pull up if not fully dry. Once dry it seemed to stick fine. They make a primer to improve adhesion but I did not use it. I am pretty satisfied with the product, but to get thin coats is not easy without the proper tools (thin nap roller and squeegee) If concerned about sticking to your roof, I'd recommend checking out the primer. **Q: Will your product work to seal the asbestos covering steam heat pipes? Work with high temperatures?** A: Hi, the product hasn't been tested in this environment. I had done some fixing in my ripped toe safety shoes and rubber stick to it and rip so had to cover this later. So leave some for later. Easy to apply no smell, used with fibre cloth to fill seams.
