These are so helpful. You get a lot for what you pay so they last for a really long time. They can easily stay on for at least 1-2 days as long as you don't get soap and water on them.

Really great quality the adhesive lasts through showers and exercising, and even sauna sessions. I love using these acupuncture ear seeds. They help me with my anxiety. I honestly can’t live without them. I’ve been using them for over a year now.

The quality was great. The size was perfect. The ability to stick and remove was perfect. This product may work well with others, but I did not see any personal improvements when using this item.

They actually stick and stay one for the needed 2-4days. Easy to apply, does not come with instructions that explains placement for ear seeds and uses it has.

I purchased these hoping for anxiety relief. I looked up the best places on my ears to put these for anxiety and mood ease. I wasn't sure what to expect. First, I have no nails so it's hard to get off the card. I can't seem to do it w tweezers either. Who knows. Anyway, I also found it difficult at first to properly place them. After a few times I put them on easily. I found there was a difference in how I felt but it wasn't immediate. I didn't put it on and feel better 30 minutes later. For me it took at least 3 days before any significant difference. One day day I was in bed and had a full blown panic attack. I began to massage the beads on my ears. The panic attack eased quickly and was calmed within 3 to 4 minutes. I was impressed, and grateful I can add this to my arsenal to fight this anxiety disorder. This isn't going to cure anything but it can help relieve anxiety and certain types of pain. It stays on well. No one could see it. Yes, try this. I didn't leave the bead on for days at a time. I want to give the nerves and the skin in that area a break, let it rest before another treatment. I also like that these can be found dirt cheap compared to other relief products. Definitely worth a try.

I am not one to be allergic to or have a reaction to much of anything, but these beads proved me wrong. After being placed behind my ears for a day, the seeds began to feel as if they were wearing a hole through my skin. After the pain of them “digging” into my skin became too much to bear, I removed them from behind my ears. The intense itching and burning sensation that accompanied the pain, took over a week to go away, even with the use of hydrocortisone cream. I am not sure what in the seed or tape caused the reaction. I attempted the use of these beads a couple times, and in both instances, I had the same unfortunate outcome.
