I replaced my rubber straps with spring types. Easier to get off before climbing a ladder to getback in the boat **Q: Are mine sized right? i ordered a small because i wear a ladies 8-8.5. they "fit," but when i tighten the straps, there's 6" flapping on each size.** A: It sounds like you got the right size, but wondering if you are wearing booties with the fins?
