How big are the pants? I where a 46x32 will it fit?

I am not sure. There is an elastic waist band. I am 36X36 and there was still extra room in the waist.

My boyfriend is 5'8 around 190lbs, will the shaggy costume fit him? On the one size?

It fit me and I am 6'4" around 200. I am 36X36 and the waist did still feel a little loose.

How do i let you know what size i want? i see the size chart and i know what size i want to order, but there is no where to click to pick a size??
