I've never eaten lime pickles before. They're actually made with lemons and spices. There's a quick burst of heat that is quite strong but then it fades quickly. Less is definitely more when it comes to seasoning (and they even advise on the bottle to only use a small amount lol). I could see this being great in curry or rice dishes. I loved the spice blend and the pop of citrus. I probably never would have bought this at the store because it looks pricey and I would have been afraid I wouldn't like it, but it's delicious and I can't wait to cook with it.

I am not an Indian pickle aficionado, but my Indian husband is - and this product got high marks from him. The pickle is spicy and sour, and, according to him, "almost as good as the one his grandma used to make." I personally prefer mango pickle, but if you are a lime pickle eater - this one is evidently great.10/15/2021

The thing is very salty and pretty spicy. You only need a little, mostly because of how salty it is. The lime flavor feels quite a lot, too.
