Great Quality Zinc Supplement
I’ve had good experiences with Sports Research and like the simple ingredient list in this zinc supplement. I usually take it when I feel like I might be coming down with something, especially during cold and flu season. The softgels are easy to take, and I like that it uses zinc picolinate with organic coconut oil. Very happy with it and will continue to keep it on hand.

Take this every night before bedtime and it does makes me feel more refreshed in the morning because the times I have forgotten, I don't feel as well in the morning. It doesn't upset my stomach and I love Sports Resesrch products because of the packaging and freshness of the supplements.

Be very cautious about dose amount for your size
This is a good product that does what it says, but be cautious. 30-50mg of zinc is a very high dose for some females, and can cause hair loss, while many are taking it to generate hair growth. No issues with the company or the product, but be wise about how much is right for you and your size. It can interfere with copper and iron absorption at high doses, and while 30-50 mg may not sound high, it could be too high for a smaller individual. Good company, but be wise in selecting your dose and do your research ahead of time.

Easy swallow, no stomach upset
These Gel caps are easy to swallow and this particular zinc causes no stomach upset. Would definitely order this product again. Pairs well with the rest of a balanced supplement regime.

Good product from a respected company!
Heard that this would help my hair fall - gave it a try and a couple months later I was happily surprised! Noticeably less hair fall! Clearly I was deficient to some degree. I've used other Sports Research products and have been pleased with them as well.

Not a good product
the soft gels are stuck and hardened. see the pic attached. taking them out is a pain. After spending a premium you have to deal with such issues. Can’t even say if this is spoilt or is expected to be. Disappointing!
