I've had carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands for almost ten years now and it's severe in my left hand. I also have a severe case of cubital tunnel syndrome in my left arm. That's where the ulnar nerve in your elbow is impinged in some way. Four or five years ago, a doctor recommended that I wear a brace at night to combat the occasional numbness that I would wake up with. I bought a big name brand brace and wore it briefly, but it was bulky and uncomfortable. It also covered up my fingers making it almost impossible to use them, so I stopped wearing the brace. The numbness didn't seem to be a big problem at the time so I went without a brace. Fast forward to almost a year ago and I was waking up every morning with a numb hand that I couldn't use until I "woke it up". I was once again told to wear a brace. The one I had worked, but was difficult to wear. So I shopped for a new brace and tried three others before finding this one. The brace is as comfortable as a brace can be and it fits well. I can actually wear it all night and my hand is not numb when I wake up. The bar underneath does fit all the way up against your palm when you pull the strap far enough yet it's not too tight. This keeps your wrist in the "neutral position" that you want. The length of the brace comes close to halfway to my elbow and it keeps the wrist still all night. And it does allow this without all that uncomfortable bulk. It's actually very lightweight while still being supportive. It also leaves your fingers free so you're not limited in what you can do with your hand. The value is great on this brace. It was the least expensive brace I bought but it definitely works the best. It seems sturdy and the velcro is strong enough to stay without being too difficult to pull. I'm very happy with this brace and would definitely recommend it.

Really nice , great support the doctor was going to put me in a cast for a fractured arm right at the wrist area and he liked it. I really like it has 3 steel plates in it and the snug comfort it has. I’d definitely recommend this wrist/arm brace. It’s really comfortable sleeping to and is working great for my injury.

I needed a Large/Extra Large wrist brace for my husband, who is left-handed, and this one was exactly what we were looking for. It fits well, is comfortable, and provides great support. It was exactly as described; actually, it’s even better than the one he was given in the ER. The quality is excellent, and it’s easy to adjust. I would not hesitate to order this again and highly recommend it to anyone needing reliable wrist support.

These are good. Carpal tunnel braces. They fit well and help out some with my carpal tunnel issues but not a solution. My only problem is that the metal brace inside started coming out in the palm area because the fabric ripped. Also, they're difficult to clean and keep smelling fresh. I have tried Tide detergent and other things to keep them clean and they don't work for very long.

Very nice, sturdy wrist brace that is good looking, easy to use and durable and easy to wear! Really helps with pain relief when worn consistently by providing support to your wrist.

I was suffering a bit of tendonitis in one wrist and that was affecting my weight training. This support is great because it effectively immobilises my wrist, reducing pain and helping to keep correct form for various arm exercises. It is also comfortable to wear and is adjustable so it isn't too tight. I'm very pleased with it.
