Review: Perfect 10/10 - Works perfect. Just like stated. Even the reviews about some noises with certain filters were correct which made correcting the issue a breeze. I've never had a watering container that could go for weeks without needing to be descaled or unsuited but this one was in great shape. The filters catch it all and very easy to replace. My chihuahua has birth defect in the form of an exaggerated overbite so he would always choke when getting his water from bowls in the past but not now. Perfect height, perfect depth, very quiet for his little skittish heart. Very easy to refill also. I absolutely couldn't be happier with a product that I invested so little in compared to what it's done for me.

Do your lovable felines a huge favor and clean the fountain and change the filters as recommended every two weeks. Remember when you used to use a regular stagnant water bowl for your kitties and within a day or two there would be hair and slime and crud in it? All that same stuff gets in this water EXCEPT it gets trapped by the filters and only fresh, clean water is in the top tray for the kitties to drink. After about two weeks the crud and slime begins to plug the charcoal filter, and the water won’t drain back into the reservoir fast enough. So if you begin to hear water dripping sounds, it is water going through the overflow holes since the charcoal filter is plugged. Otherwise, with fresh filters, the unit is 100% silent. My kitties love this fountain. BTW, I did not install the flower in the top tray since kitties were scared of it. Works great without. Wish Veken filters were a bit cheaper.

**Q: Where (on Amazon) can I find replacement filters for the 95oz fountain?**
A: I have tried to buy the filters recommended in this question, but all I see are filters for the 84 Oz fountain and I am unable to find ones for the 95 Oz fountain as well. The 84 oz Filters do not fit the 95 oz model as they are too big. Even the link on this listing to buy replacement filters is broken. Do you just not sell the 95 Oz filters anymore?

**Q: The water is not flowing out automatically I have to press down on the flower for the water to dispense out. What do I do?**

**Q: How is it safe for the cord to be submerged in water? I am afraid to use this product.**
A: It seems to be well built and impervious to water.  We've had ours run 24/7 for almost a year now and no problems at all.  We clean it as instructed once a week and change the filters every two weeks.  One of our cats will ONLY drink from this fountain and the other cat isn't interested in it at all - prefers a bowl.

**Q: Can you put cold water from refrigerator in it**
A: Yes we only use cold water.  My cat is picky.  We use cold spring water.

Easy to assemble, comes with a light inside that was a pleasant suprise! Can easily monitor water level. Works and looks fine. It makes a small humming sound that is really only noticeable if its dead quiet in the room
