Does this charger come with a power cord? Pics don't show one.

Hi, this charger uses the folding power plug on the back of the charger.

It turned from red to green in a few seconds. I let it charge for 3 hours with no charge at all. Is this normal

Mine never changed color and didn't charge. I tried it with two different devices. Then had to return them.

How does this charger work ? Does it plug into a socket?

Yes. You put the battery into the charger and then plug it into the wall..

How long does it take to fully charge? It's been sitting in red for over 4 hours now

It really depends on the size of the battery you hook up. Smaller one take between 2-4 hours and the bigger ones usually take me 6-8 hours.
