Where are these made?

I think the ones I got were made in Arizona. Beware the users selling these from China. The US ones are high quality, the China ones were garbage.

How to stick them to wall?

I stuck a thumb tack in the wall and hung the painting on it.

I just bought these and they emit a terrible odor. So bad I put them outside to air. Does this smell go away? If so how long should it take?

I didn't notice an odor when I opened the paintings. I bought them for a work polyanna gift. They are hanging in another part of the office in a different room than myself. I have not smelled an odor when I go into that room and have not heard anyone say that the paintings have a bad odor.

How thick is the frame and what material is it made of?

The frame was about 1" deep and these photos were about 12" X 12". I don't know what the material is made of, but it appeared to be adequate to last some time, like canvas (cotton or other). They are very light to hang. I returned them as they didn't have the look I wanted on the wall, but there was nothing wrong otherwise.
