The socks are quality if a bit expensive and not really necessary for a part time gym user.

These socks have just the right amount of padding, stay in place and are extremely comfortable. I wear a women’s size 9 sneaker and first ordered a medium, which is a bit roomy in the toe area. The second time I ordered a small and is a better fit. I actually had a bit of difficulty trying to figure out sizing as they are unisex, so I hope this is helpful. I use these socks with my workout sneakers.

I would never have thought that socks could make a difference... I was wrong! The Thorlos Experia Unisex Prolite Xptu Ultra Thin Cushion Socks are amazing. Somehow they seem to add to my energy and most definitely to my comfort. Love them. Got the "no shows" and regular ones, in white and in black.
