I haven't experienced any issues. I have most of my peripherals running directly off my modular power supply however. My thought...the less I have to rely on the stock Dell MOBO, the better. Works great for me!

Yes, this adapter allowed me to install a power supply from another PC that has a 24-pin connector into my Optiplex 7010.

Q: Will this work on a inspiron 3650

Yes it will. BTW, if you are upgrading the PC's video card make sure the power supply handles it, I believe yours is a 240W. Check Dell's forum for more info: http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/desktop/f/3515/t/19990438 Best of luck!

Yes, I upgraded my 3650 gpu to 1050Ti with this, you wil need a new power supply unit that can only sit outside the case for that as well
