Good Bike
I have been using the bike for over a month. I find it very reliable. I use it for road biking. I used to have a 24 speed 29โ bike that gave me more speed and was more challenging. When I ordered this one, I was aware of the diminishing. However, this bike is challenging enough for me. When it arrived, it required some assembling but nothing major. From the beginning and over three weeks the disk rotors (front and back) were rubbing some against the break pad. I assumed that of let alone the accumulation of rubbing would fix the problem itself. This is important because the rubbing creates friction and it holds you back when going up hill. Easy fix. Read the instructions on how to adjust disk brakes and do it. You will figure out easily. I recommend this bike, especially to the bike enthusiast. Enjoy it.

Nice bike
It went together easily in less than an hour. Make sure the front fork is forward or the pedals will hit the front tire. Tires are both a little soft so it needs air before I ride it. The rear wheel didn't come with a clamp regular bolts hold it on. The front had the clamp. No scratches out of box. Rims are a little off with a slight wobble. They could have spent more time with the spoke tool fixing the run out. So far out of the box I'm happy with it. I did replace the pedals with a nice aftermarket set. After riding it a bit my A$$ is a bit sore so I ordered another seat. Overall I'm nearly 60 and didn't ride a bike in 30 years. I like my new 29" Schwinn. It will be used for casual rides with my wife.

Good bike !!
Great bike , rides smooth, I added a bigger spring loaded seat to it . Takes a bit of adjusting cables to get brakes and shifting to perfect . I've owned quite a few bikes in the past that were absolutely uncomfortable to ride and they always ended up as garage wall decor . I'm not seeing that with this one. It's pretty light I've only ridden it a few miles but I like it . As for the pedals falling off in the other reviews , the pedal arms are aluminum along with the pedal studs look to be also . I would not overtighten them. I can see it would be very easy to overtighten them and strip the threads right off . All in all I think it's pretty good quality besides the aluminum pedal thing .

Nice ride for the money, better if it came with at lest tubeless ready wheels
The shifters and brake levers must have been the absolute cheapest they could find, but that's ok because I had planned to upgrade them any way. It should be against the law NOT having tubeless tires on a mtb. I do like very much that cables are routed internally and that the rear disc brake caliper is easily accessible to make replacing and adjustments easier. also like the size of the frame. I am 6 ft tall and it's a perfect fit. One thing I would strongly suggest, I do this to every new bike I get, is to tighten and torque every bolt especially the brake calipers.

Good bike for the price
I was very impressed with how well the packaging was. It came with every part wrapped up neat and tightly. Arrived with nothing broke and no visible scratches or nicks. As far as assembly goes, you might as well throw the manual out right away. The manual shows how to put everything together, however the bike comes with most of the pieces already constructed. All you have to do is put the handlebars, pedals, and front tire on. I was trying to follow the manual for a while until realizing that the piece they were constructing had already came put together. Assembly took about 30 minutes to an hour. You will need allen wrenches, pliers, and a cresent wrench. When it comes to riding the bike i was happy with the first couple rides. I am not an experienced rider, in fact this is my first bike in 15years+. It is pretty clear that the breaks and gears need tweaked to be perfect but they did fine for what i needed them to do. The bike rode very smooth. I did have to loosen the front disc brake as it was rubbing on the disk the whole time. The tires will wear out quick so be ready for new ones. Overall a good bike for the money. I did a lot of research and this one had the best reviews and I am happy i chose it. Even Arrived the day before it was suppose to. I rode about 20 miles the first time i had it out and other than all the mechanics needing tightened up/tweaking to your liking, you should be fine. Great bike for the price, especially if you are a casual rider.
