Really like this flat iron, the plates are bigger than I'm used to, I like the different settings to use, and the bag & glove, I haven't used the glove yet but it's a good size for me. It's works great.

The heat output and temperature control are both good. The item feels in the hand is very comfortable. The control is in a place where it will not be hit while using the flat iron. But the long term durability and quality I am not sold on because the appliance is extremely lightweight. If the item is dropped I can’t see that it will be operative afterwards. The box has been open and the cloth case accessory was missing but the glove was included.

I like the quality of this straightener. It works well, heats up fast and leaves my hair smooth. The painful flaw is the design of the handle that pinches your hand if you aren’t careful. Although it works well, I am looking for a new straighten already because it has pinched and bruised the palm of my hand.

Very little pulling, makes my hair super straight but added volume! I love it. Heats up in less then a minute, I did pinch my skin a few times where it closes but I just had to replace my hand, just use to that spot from my other one. Definitely impressed!
