Diamine Fountain Pen Ink 30ml - 3 x Bottles - Writers Blood & Midnight Blue & Green Black

Gorgeous inks. The writers blood is exceptional similar to oxblood but with a rich plum hue. Green/black, and Twilight are equally useful as daily writers, but with a little special twist. All these inks (as with all the Diamine that I've tried) flow great with no "ink crust", they dry fairly quickly on the page. Good value for money set in convenient travel sized bottles.

These are stunning colours, I absolutely love them.

Small bottles are affordable and I will run out relatively quickly which means I’m not stuck with one shade forever, which to me is a bonus. For reference a local shop sells these at £4 each. I’d rather buy locally but the product is good if you can get it at the right price.

Lovely ink but wish I’d made a price comparison first as it’s very overpriced by this seller. I also hadn't appraciated how flimsy the plastic bottles are. Given the small amout of ink the bottle is very lightweight which makes filling your pen quite awkward - a non slip pad is a must!

Inks are just as described, main thing that I would say is that they dry fast ( British autumn, so wet cold and humid ) they just do the job and they are looking nice ( ATM use them just on med and super fine jib ). Just get them and try, for price there is not much to loose.

I use Writer’s Blood and Green Black all the time to write with. I’m less of a fan of Midnight (and blue inks in general) but I love that these three inks mixed together in the right quantities make a good black that shades to grey, which is perfect for drawing.

This is a cheap pack of great starter inks. I find they are a little more dry than some other inks so they might be a pinch scratchier but that personally didn't bother me. Writer's blood is the clear winner out of the three with green black being a second place. Writer's blood is a fairly dark red so if you want a brighter red I would actually recommend diamine oxblood instead. Green black is more black then green and I only noticed it outside in the sun which might make it better for professional use than you would expect. All three colors could be used professionally in my opinion. The blue one was my least favorite and was quite dark but if you want a dark blue you might like it more than me. The bottles are all 30ml meaning you get 90ml total making this a steal in the quantity of ink you receive. These are all great if you like dark inks Who these are for: people who love dark inks, first timer fountain pen users wanting variety without breaking the bank too much, people who would buy all three colors anyway, people who prefer drier inks Who these aren't for: people who like brighter inks, people like very wet inks, people who don't like fountain pens

Inks are great. The pot is sometimes too small for the bigger nibs people are using nowadays.
