Very nearly there
I bought this because I cannot wear jeans due to a medical condition and no other ladies' trousers have pockets! I was worried that because I am hourglass it would roll up into a tight ball at the waist but it acutally has not, and even when it does roll a little it is not uncomfortable. I was surprised by the size, I read other reviews of someone my size saying they were glad they chose small when medium was out of stock. I have the reverse, I wanted it to be enormous to keep the pressure off my mid-section so I ordered large. It's quite snug! I guess there's an element of how people normally fit their clothes, though. I was a bit disappointed that the zip pocket seems to be the smallest of them all, as I had earmarked that one for a personal item that I want to be 100% sure will not fall out, but it's actually the only pocket it will not go in! The other miss for me is that it's marketed as being good for holding medical devices. While I agree it's better than most other options for that, a version 2.0 could really go the extra mile and have a small flap on the back too. Most of these kinds of medical devices that you need to hold in place there also have wires or tubing on them and it's not ideal to have to loop the wires over the top of the band, so much potential for kinks that way, it would be better if the tubing could run in from behind. And that's what brings it 4 stars instead of 5.

Not perfect but best so far - hoping a change of size will help
I ordered large based on the chart and reviews from those of my body size/shape. Over all the product is exceptional in theory, however, no matter the fabric or construction used, this type of garment is going to ride up or shift or bunch in some way with movement. I've tried it low on under garments and high...which is why I've order a medium to use when I want to wear it high / above waist line. (my almost exclusive use will be for CCW, for which it does work well enough, using a sticky holster as well) Depending on the clothing I'm wearing for the day, I will wear it low under jeans or high above a skirt. The fabric is comfortable, but since it is slick nylon...it doesn't grip under clothing to prevent it riding up to the smaller part of my waist when worn low. It does double over onto itself unless it's flatten out occasionally. I have not worn it over top of leggings, but I think a smaller/tighter size would be better for my use...since the weight of my "item" causes the pocket to dip/flip out/open slightly. Overall...this is a good alternate to the stiff, scratchy bellybands. Use for a phone, other items are an obvious advantage to this style as well...just not my intended use majority of the time. As stated, ordering the next size down to gain a bit more control over a higher placement. I did notice wearing all day caused a bit of stretching of the garment overall. Next day it had returned to its original.

Pickpocket deterrence
I purchased this item because I was going to Europe this summer and I was told that they were pig pockets so I put my important documents and this and wore it and I had no issue. It was tight enough to keep in place and the zipper was very sturdy asked him not to come open my documents come out I recommend it.

If only it had velcro instead....
I bought this and like that it has 4 pockets as I don't want my keys scratching my phone screen or camera lens or destroying my credit cards ,so having a separate pockets for phone, keys, credit cards and cash is great ! Only thing is I'm tired of having to stepped into this or pulling over neck down to waist, such a pain ,especially if you have stuff in it because it will fall out sometimes. So to avoid this don't put anything in it when trying to put it on. Remember, it has to be tight so it doesn't fall down from waist so getting into is annoying. It would be perfect if it had a velcro strap {not buckle} in back to avoid the stepping into or slipping over head ,and every time you do this, it stretches out over time as mine is currently doing, so I'm shopping for another brand. Plus you should put zippers on all the pockets, not just that one small pocket. Other than that it's a very nice running belt pack and nice and wide and looks great.

In spite of flaws is my favorite.
This is my favorite running belt. Even though i have had to sew nearly every pocket on each end to keep pockets separated. Also i got a size too big and i cannot see where size i ordered previously is. It is rather pricey and just went up a couple more dollars. In spite of all that, i love this style. It holds all that i need with me wherever i go and what i do. So handy and items accessible. Stuff doesn't usually fall out when wearing.
