Although it does make my stomach hurt if I don’t take it with a spoonful of pudding or yogurt. But that’s to be expected with such high doses. High doses which are required after gastric bypass surgery because of malabsorption.

These were suggested by my bariatric nutritionist.I like the fact that it’s only one vitamin required for a post bariatric patient per day.
