Yes these batteries are shipped fully charged. In most cases you can install the battery and it will perform as designed. However,,be advised a battery does lose some of its charge over time sitting on shelves and may require some attention. It is best to purchase from a high volume distributor to ensure you are getting product that has not been stored for too long. All batteries are shipped with a date code showing when it was shipped. You ideally want a battery that is less than a few months old.
