It was used for drying my daughter’s wedding bouquet that we dismantled. The dried flowers were then shipped to a company that preserves them in acrylic resin. Their instructions were to let the flowers dry for about 2 to 2 1/2 weeks. The flowers were VERY dry and ‘crispy’, and beautifully preserved. Please know that they are more fragile to handle when dried. **Q: Is this silica reusable?** A: I think it would depend how much moisture you get out of your flowers. I was able to reuse it once but I had small flowers **Q: how many flowers will this cover? I'm doing a wedding bouquet and I want to make sure I have enough bags** A: I needed ~10 lbs for a large bouquet.. Probably could have used less, but I only had one shot and wanted to be safe **Q: How do I bake this to be reused?** A: Depending on your oven, you want it to sit just slightly higher than boiling temps. For the fine powder, I recommend setting the oven between 215 and 225 F. Lay out the powder on parchment paper on a baking sheet.
