Okay lets do this...the good, the bad and the ugly.
The ugly I will get to first because, honestly, it's a throw away. They are rough cut slats with knotholes and splinters...this really is not a problem because I never intended to lie on them as is.Okay, now to the bad.-They are pretty flimsy but no more so then the slats I got with the bed in the beginning. I don't imagine that people are trying to buy anything grand for this purpose and these will certainly do the trick. They are really thin slats probably two inches wide and about an inch thick (they skirt 1/2 inch closely). They may mention this somewhere but I do not remember reading it...when they showed up at my door I was really disappointed. It did not seem possible that there was even enough to cover the space. The good- I was wrong they fit perfectly but handle your bed with care. If you have kids this in NOT going to make it, but what wood slats would? Also, I must say that $70.00 is a significant chunk of change (for me anyhow) but I paid for the convenience of having them made and shipped to me and for that I am grateful. For now no more jumping on the bed for me...but that is probably a good thing.

Not a great buy, but decent for the price.
Read the details before you buy this, and then make a decision. It is exactly what is advertised, a dozen, 54" planks connected by two strips of fabric. The boards are about an inch too long to fit square in my frame (and most full size frames) but the dimensions are provided. I have laid them at a slight angle and there is more than enough space between the board to get them to fit, but it is not ideal by any means. I plan on having a friend with a power saw trim them down by an inch soon, but that is a lot of work and you could probably buy a dozen better quality planks for less and do the job yourself if it were going to involve power saws anyway. I read in the other reviews that there was sawdust and splinters in the packaging, that was not my experience, good cuts of woods, just not quite the right length, would have taken away another star if the exact dimensions hadn't been written in the description or if I couldn't have made it work.

Not very sturdy
I purchased this to give my Aerobed plus memory foam mattress topper (think cheap sleep number bed) a lift off the floor so that I could make up my bed properly. Purchased one of those metal bed frames to go with it. It was too wide for the metal frame, so I had to cut off about 2 inches (luckily I have a miter saw) and staple on another webbing strip. But the really bad thing about these boards is the thickness. I only weight 110 pounds and the air mattress weighs maybe 10 or 15, so not much to support, but the boards have a slight bend to them, even though there is a crossbar on the frame. If you weigh over 200 pounds or have a really heavy mattress or there are two of you, I don't know how long these would last. I'm using them for now, but with time, they might just bend out of shape so much that I will need to buy some 2 x 2's and make my own bunkies, which is probably what I should have done to begin with.

Good Product, but not what I needed
For those of you that know what Bunkie Boards are, my experience with this product was good. There was plenty of support where I needed it most (where the bunkie boards were supported by the side rails and center rail of my metal bed frame: this is most of the mattress...the top, sides, and center). However, near the end or bottom of the mattress (an area to which the center rail does not extend), they do not support the mattress enough with the side rails alone. When I sat at the end of the mattress, the bunkie boards never bent enough to slip off both side rails of the bed frame, but with time and use of the boards, that may happen if one sits at the end/bottom of the bed when using these.

too short
I bought these boards as extra support for my box spring, everytime someone gets on or off the bed multiple boards fall out from under the bed due to being cut to short. In order to prevent all of the boards from falling out from under the bed at once I cut the nylon strip that was holding them together, now at least only 2 or 3 boards fall at a time instead of the whole entire thing. I definitely would not buy this to use as the main support for a mattress without a box spring and would not recommend this product

However the condition of the boards was better than expected
As expected per the reviews already posted the boards are to long to fit in a standard twin frame. We will have to cut off two inches from every single board and then retails the straps. However the condition of the boards was better than expected. It is not a good product but with the appropriate application of force, it will suffice.

Length seems to be a possible issue
As others had posted, these were too long for my use. Having to cut them down is a pain since they are all stapled together. I tried another work around which has not worked very well. I should have put the frame together and measured before ordering.

Don't buy this.
Purchased this for my full size bed. They didn't fit any of the (3) full sized bed frames that we owned [Structures brand purchased from Amazon] but that was disclosed with the dimensions in the description. My main reason for giving this only 1 star was because of the condition of the slats. The wood was not anywhere near smooth. All the edges were splintered and damaged. Upon opening the shipping box my carpet was showered in small splinters that were very difficult to clean. Installing the slats required gloves due to the rough, splintered edges. If I hadn't of needed these immediately I would have returned them in a heartbeat. In the end, I had to use packaging tape to cover all the rough spots.Don't buy.
