Do these scoops work well for ice cream?

According to the seller, the largest scoop is 1/4 C/2oz/4T. So I would think that would be just perfect for an ice cream scoop. The medium scoop is 1/8C/1oz/2T. The smallest is half of that, 1/2oz/1T. If you ask me, the absolute perfect/ideal sizes. :-)

Are these scoops easy to squeeze and release？

Hello, Jaidan！ Yes, so easy! The scoops make scooping food a breeze. The handle fits both left and right hands comfortably too. Recommand to warm scoop bowl with boiling or hot water first, and then scoop ice cream. It will be easier.
