I would suggest mixing at least half the lowest suggested ratio and applying in layers ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incorrect coverage information 1 gallon of color tints 2,500 sq ft (not 10,000 sq feet) *by O***T on 26 July 2025* The product information states that 1 gallon should cover 10,000 ft.² that’s absolutely not even close. 1 gallon covered 2,500 ft² so I was only able to do a section. I spent hours testing the product with different ratios of water to obtain the deep color from the Premium product. The color is a bight lighter than I would like but I do like the product. (My grass burned out in the July/August summer heat as it does every year.) I will report back in a couple weeks or a month to let you know how long the color lasts. UPDATE: It has been a couple of weeks and it has rained twice and we have irrigation and the color has not come off so I'm thrilled. I just wish the product would not be so expensive. UPDATE 2: Now I've used the fairway product (previously used the premium) and the fairway is a much better product for northeastern grass and appears to look like Kentucky blue grass. I much prefer it. However, it took 5 gallons to complete my yard, which is just under 10,000 sq feet, using a professional sprayer. It is VERY expensive considering how much product it takes. I definitely can't afford to use it every month. I suppose if you are doing it for a special occasion (wedding etc.) it would be worth it. Honestly, for one gallon of tinted paint, $90 is absurd. If they sold it for a fair price around $25 a gallon, everyone would have their yard done monthly. ## Frequently Bought Together - Endurant Turf Colorants - Fairway Spray On Green Grass Paint for Lawns - Revives Dry, Patchy Yards - Dark Grass Hue - Easy to Use, Concentrated Turf Grass Dye - Covers Approx 10,000 Sq Ft - 1 Gal - Chapin 20000 Made in USA 1 -Gallon Lawn and Garden Pump Pressured Sprayer, for Spraying Plants, Garden Watering, Weeds and Pests, Polypropylene, Translucent White --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/318221556-concentrated-turf-and-grass-colorant-1-gallon-jug-revitalizes-approximately](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/318221556-concentrated-turf-and-grass-colorant-1-gallon-jug-revitalizes-approximately) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-29*
