Helps with acid reflux
I like the purity and ingredients of this aloe. The texture is like water jelly and it's natural. I got it mainly for my fiance acid reflux problem. He drinks twice a day AM and PM, one shot. I think it helps him coat the lining so he can sleeps more than 6 hours. Will continue to drink for mx benefit. A little price but worth it. But the taste could be better.

Can cause dehydration
This def was working for my digestive issues, however, I am in the small percentage that is extremely sensitive to aloe. I was only taking half the dose and suffered from massive headaches, lethargy, and it ended up being extreme dehydration. So if you are on the sensitive side try with caution and drink tons of water. Otherwise it did work great, I was just unable to use it any longer.

Great stuff
A little bitter which I read is normal. May go with the fresh frozen next time. Not sure if this is the best form. But wasn't as bad as others described.
