Question 1

How can I really find out if this works for panic attacks when most reviews have received discounted or free? destroys credibility

Accepted Answer

I didn't receive any promotion for this, and I can say it seems to be working. I have been taking it for a month and although my anxiety still lingers in the background, I can tolerate it much better and I am not having the panic attacks nearly as much as I was before. I do however take 2 pills in the am and 2 pills in the pm. So I would say give them a try and see how they work for you. Give it time tho. It takes time for it to run through your system. I read that it can take 2 months for the full effect

Question 2

Why does this product taste like sweetened milk powder and dissolves on your tongue? It doesn't taste like Ashwagandha at all? I opened the capsule..

Accepted Answer

Erika B.. First of all sorry for the delay in answering your question. I would like to complement you for making sure what you are taking in is something good for your body! I appreciate that you show diligence in your research to make sure you are taking in the highest quality products, such as Nutra Herbals. Here's a little background on our product and Ashwagandha. Actually Ashwagandha tastes very bland. Virtually no taste at all. Extracts are completely soluble as that is the reason for an extract to make whatever actives are in the botanical more available.I am not sure what other brands you have tried but I can assure our product is 100% organic Ashwagandha. I am inserting the Cerftificate of Analysis as it will not let me attach here but we get every batch 3rd party tested and this contain nothing but pure organic Ashwagandha and black pepper extract.
