The Muyan Moving Sand Art Picture Sandscape turned out to be more than just a decoration, it’s something I actually stop and watch during the day. Every time you flip it, the sand falls in a new pattern, so it never looks the same twice. It’s calming in the same way watching waves or clouds can be. The frame feels sturdy and the glass is clear, so the colors of the sand really stand out. It looks good sitting on a desk, but I’ve also tried it on a shelf where the light hits it, and that makes the patterns look even better. One thing I appreciate is how smoothly the sand flows. It doesn’t clump up or get stuck, which I’ve seen happen with cheaper versions of these. This one feels like it’s built to last and stay enjoyable instead of ending up in a closet after a week. If you want something that doubles as art and a stress reliever, this piece is a solid choice.

After reading some reviews I was leery to buy this thinking it was a gimmick and wouldn't perform as described. Thankfully I take reviews with a grain of salt as I was extremely impressed with this product. I will start by confirming the negative reviews that it does not make a perfect sand dune scene every time you rotate it. You also have to nudge it a little by rotating it the direction that you want it to drop down to. Sometimes when you rotate it the sand will fall down in one chaotic scene and not make the pretty dunes. It can be a little top heavy so do not place this on a table that is not sturdy as it will probably fall over. These were the negative reviews that I think make this the most custom art piece you can ask for! The first day I had my boss and coworker mesmerized and had to tell them to get back to work and stop watching the sand fall as it is extremely peaceful to watch. If you want something that is soothing and is guaranteed to start and keep a conversation going then you want to own this piece. The packaging was robust and came perfectly intact and will be a staple of my office for when I have customers or suppliers over. Great purchase!

Had to use a blunt syringe needle, to adjust amount of air bubbles in it to make it work properly and a dab of super glue over the hole to make sure water wouldn't leak out. After that it seems to work pretty good. The base is thin and hollow plastic, the black ring around the actual sand art is some kind of soft rubber. Overall.... it works, its alittle on the cheap side in quality but so is the price. Its pretty and will be a decent desk toy at work. So 4 out of 5 stars from me.

I love this Moving Sand Art pictures. They are something that I can just stare at for several minutes when I need to zone out and relax. Every time you end up with a different final result - the patterns and shapes change in beautiful ways. I had one of these in my living room (where my grandchildren love to flip it over and watch), and my son commented on it that it was pretty neat. Ah Ha! An idea for a birthday present! So, I ordered it. I really like the blue shades of this version. I might order another one of them myself!

So to start, I thought this was going to be a cheap gimmick. I almost gave up the first couple hours playing with it. Then I figured it out and now I'm obsessed. For the price it's hard to beat. When you first get it and unpackage it have patience. Put it in the stand and let everything settle to one side. Then slowing tilt it flat and slowly let the line of bubbles spread out into a line against the sand, then tip it all the way into the stand. You can then slowly rotate it and open up the bubbles to allow for piles to build. It's extremely relaxing and satisfying once you get a technique. It'll last 2-3 hours if you only allow a few spots to let sand through. I will be buying a couple more of these for Christmas gifts. Also it adds to the fun to have a lamp or light behind it.

I received this sand art today and I was so excited. The sand flowed through the way it was supposed to and made a beautiful pattern. I was surprised that it took a little time for all the sand to fall / flow to the bottom. When it was done I turned the circle to start again and the sand rushed to the bottom in a blurry blob. No distinct pattern, so I tried to turn it again with the same results just a quick blob of sand falling to the bottom. I was so happy with the first flow. Now I’m disappointed. Will you please offer a solution to make this work properly. I truly want to love this sand art. I was required to put a star rating the first time the sand flowed through I would have put a 5 star. But with this cloudy blob of sand it’s a1 Star. I would rather be supportive and give the 5 star but I need help to make that happen. Please!

Ordered this afternoon seeing similar on tik tok. The first one arrived broken with shattered glass and sand everywhere, which was not pleasant to open. The replacement I received arrived intact. Overall it's a cool but I think mine has too much air, which in turn causes the sand to fall too quickly.so I never really gwt good looking patterns or mountain like pictures.

Son enjoyed this on his desk in his dorm room Freshman year. Said it was a calming distraction when he needed a break from studying!

The product itself is good, as per description, fun as a desktop display, materials are okay but could be better. However, only 3 stars as seller or packing team sent the wrong colour, not the one I had ordered. Can't bother returning.

I ordered the black and brown one, but got blue, i returned it and the replacement was blue again. Finally I made my peace with it. It works well, the syringe is very useful for the removal or addition of air. As a product it works well, new scenery each time. Really beautiful.
