Where does the nuetral load wire go on this breaker

First read the instructions comes with the Breaker. The pigtail is the Neutral Out to the Neutral Bar.. The correct Neutral wire from that branch circuit goes under the Neutral IN screw on breaker, to complete the circuit.

Is the breaker compatible with an old challenger panel that lists challenger breaker types a, c and hagf on the panel door?

Challenger was absorbed by Cutler Hammer/Eaton you will have to confirm with them to make sure it wouldn't break UL

My siemens load center says its compatible with "qt" breakers. will this "qta" type work?

Easy install and appears to work as expected. However zero documentation.

Breaker appears to work as expected. A neutral pigtail is provided, but unlike other CAFCI breakers I've used there is no circuit neutral connection screw, only hot. No documentation is provide with the product, nor can you find anything online. I can only assume since this was release in Nov 2021 that it's new design/technology for CAFCI.
