Seems To Work Well
At the beginning of the summer in 2013 my cat began to inappropriately urinate. I was worried he was beginning to block and spent a large sum for very little help at the weekend emergency clinic, and was given Hills C/D which my cat completely rejected. On the following Monday our vet confirmed crystals. Things started to return to normal over the next few weeks, and then we went on a weekend trip. To keep things simple, and since he seemed to be healed, I had him eat dry food for the weekend. This was a huge mistake, because he had a 100% urinary blockage the day after we returned. We then spent a large amount of money on a surgery. After a few days, he was home, and on these three products: - Royal Canin Urinary SO Wet Food (1/3 can daily) - Royal Canin Urinary SO Modified Calorie Dry Food - Comfort Zone with Feliway Refill for Cats, 6-Pack The problem was he was still constantly licking himself in his crotch area, so I knew something was bothering him. Then all of a sudden (about 2 weeks later) he started urinating everywhere and it was bloody. We brought him to the vet and his urine had a good pH (thanks to the new diet), very few crystals, but a blood clot had formed in his bladder. He was then diagnosed with FLUTD (which basically means "we don't know exactly what is wrong"). We had him boarded there a few days to have fluids under the skin (we tried this ourselves, but the YouTube videos demoing this had cats that must have been clubbed in the head prior to needle insertion, because our cat bucked around like a bull). After he cleared up we added the following to the prescription diet and Feliway: - Xanax (1/2 pill twice daily), with FELINE GREENIES PILL POCKETS Cat Treats, Salmon, 45 Treats, 1.6 oz. - Pet Naturals UT Support for Cats (45 count) - Nutramax Cosequin Capsules, 80 Count, 4-Pack , mixed in with his wet food - Precious Cat Cat Attract Problem Cat Training Litter, 40 pound bag (we added this a few weeks after these other products based on an episode I mention below) He did have 2 inappropriate urination incidents after my cat was cured, but before we added the Cat Attract litter. I believe he was smelling old spots, which we had used quite a few cleaners on (including 2 enzyme cleaners) and could not smell anything ourselves. I have since ripped out the carpet, sprayed the sub-floors with Nature's Miracle, and then mopped it with H2O2, baking soda, and soap. Finally, I used Kilz Max on all these spots to seal it. I then got new carpet installed with a waterproof pad. After all of this was taken care of my cat started to reject these UT chews. What I do now is tear the pill pockets in half. I put a Xanax in one half of the pill-pocket and then press flat the second half of the pill-pocket onto the chew (this obviously does not cover the entire chew, but it does fully cover one side). By doing this my cat actually seems to enjoy the treats. Pet Natural's did recently change the product to this newer version. From what I can tell the product is very similar to the old one, but it is maybe a little chewier. I do think my cat likes the newer versionโs taste better. It has been 3 years and everything is still going well. I actually hardly see my cat licking himself anymore. I am still following nearly the same procedure every day (lowered his portion of wet food slightly due to him gaining too much weight). 1-2 UT chews, 1-2 Xanax, Urinary SO Wet (1/4 can), Urinary SO Dry (Modified Calorie), Cosequin, and Cat Attract litter. He definitely drinks more fluids and urinates much more than he did before. I feel like I am attacking the problem at all angles, so really hope things keep going well.

Cat loves them
Got these treat specifically for my one cat that gets UT infections a couple times a year. Been giving these to her for a month now and no problems so far. She loves these treats, murps and purrs galore when I open the bag. I personally think these smell horrible. They are on the firm side for a treat. Not fall apart soft but not too hard for a cat to eat. I break it in half so it's easier to eat. Some people have said they got hard as rock ones and they should probably have returned them because the treats should be firm but not hard.

We bought these as a replacement for our favorite two brands
We bought these as a replacement for our favorite two brands, since we couldn't find either. It seems to work just as well, but it's more than twice as much per treat. I have two cats highly prone to urinary tract and bladder infections. I cannot even put anything like Frontline/Advantage (I think those are the brands) on them. The active component of the flea medicines I've used were nephrotoxic - which means it damages the kidneys. I've never noticed a problem with it until these two siblings. They urinated blood and had problems with infections until I started buying urinary tract treats of a different brand with similar ingredients. (I do not buy the flea medicine anymore. I had no idea it was nephrotoxic until this happened.) I do like that this brand includes vitamins that the others do not. The critters are getting older and a supplement is a good thing. They seem to like it well enough. They eat it without coaxing. Overall, it seems good. It's just too much in comparison to our favorite brands.

Very hard and difficult to break up
These are hard as a brick so they do not break up easy for a little cat mouth

Not โsoftโ as stated in the description! Disappointing!
Very disappointed when we opened the bag and realized the chews were not chews at all, but weโre HARD kibble type treats. Even broke several into smaller pieces, the cat would not touch them! The following day, we broke up several more pieces and mixed them in with the wet cat food. The pieces were all still present in the dish when the cat finished eating the wet food! ๐

Insane
When I first adopted my cat, he didnโt want to eat at all and struggled to continue to eat while he was in the shelter, and was diagnosed with anorexia. I got these treats and gave two a day to him, and about after a week or so, he began to eat his normal dry food. Iโve gotten him treats similar to these when I wasnโt able to order them online or in store, but none have done better than these. I will always remember this brand, as if it wasnโt for me finding these treats, my kitty boy would still probably be having some grave eating issues. Plus, these donโt break the bank and the ingredients are good quality.

Best UT support for cats
My male cat has had many issues with crystals and blockage over the years and this year has been extremely bad. I feed my cat very high quality food and don't like the ingredients for most UT products. Pet Naturals - UT Support for Cats, Urinary Tract Supplement provides an option where I can continue feeding my cat quality free range organic food and give him UT support. The other thing I'll mention is someone on a review recommended changing cat litter brand as well. I did both. My cat has been UT infection free for almost 6 months now.

So far so good
I might be jumping the gun, but these treats are great. My 16 year old kitty has always had UT issues. She's a picky eater that always tries to eat more dry food than wet (pay attention to ingredients for dry food). And because of it, she's had UT issues. As she's getting older, recently she's having some issues enough to make me put her back on supplements. Problem is , she hates eating most. This product has a lot of good ingredients for UT issues. And the plus for me is she happily ate the 2 treats I gave her today (per the instructions). I'll update at a later date to see if they've helped, but so far a plus.

Great product!
My cat liked them at first but now I have to break them up and hide it in her food. I noticed a great improvement in my cat after only a few days. Definetly recommend this product.
