I was looking for loooong time for product not Gaviscon like based, and there it it, Esoxx One, a miracle, once a day after a meal, and my problem is gone, HONESTLY, its expensive, but if it hurts you as much as it hurts me, you are willing to pay any money to get rid off the pain, and it really helps.

It's a brilliant device and works perfectly. Paradoxically, instead of causing cancer, Poloxamer 407 is a valuable tool in oncological medicine. Poloxamer 407 does not pose any risk of toxicity or cancer. It is not absorbed by the digestive tract (does not enter the bloodstream), but does its job strictly on the surface (mechanically), and is then naturally eliminated by the body. It worked from the very first day I took it. I have a hiatal hernia, silent reflux, and Roemheld syndrome. I’ve eliminated all acidic foods from my diet. I eat only low-fat foods and nothing processed—five meals a day of 150 grams of food each. I avoid lying down post-meal. My larynx had been burned by stomach pepsin. Esoxx One helped enormously, as did Gaviscon Advance (Aniseed flavor). Always take it 5-10 minutes after a meal and do not drink water for at least 30 minutes Gaviscon is taken another 30 minutes after Esoxx One. Do not drink water for an hour after Gaviscon either. Nothing works without discipline.

I use this product for a long time for gastroesophageal reflux. It's a very high quality product that doesn't give you side effects and improve stomach lining. Pity that you don't find it so often in U.K. I did like the fact that information about the product was accurate, good value for money and a very swift delivery. I have had continuous mucus at the back of my throat for well over five years. After researching the possible causes, I came to the conclusion that I had GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) which accounted for the mucus. I began by treating myself with Gaviscon and Rennie tablets but this was never very effective and I was losing sleep at an alarming rate. After more research, I came across Esoxx which had glowing reviews on Amazon, so I tried it for 6 weeks to give it a chance. To my horror, it made the symptoms worse, ie I was continually drowning in a throatful of mucus. It was then that I realised that I had silent reflux, not GERD. It’s similar but without heartburn. If you have silent reflux, this will not work for you.

Esophagus protection, contain hyaluron acid, but it is expensive :(
