I love this uppercut bag!!
This bag is the bomb. I don't fight professionally or even as a amateur. I train because I love it and I love the sport. But I will say, my uppercuts are getting some seriously good power when I throw them. This heavy bag is great. That's just my 2 cents

Excellent Bag
I've owned this bag for 4 months and I purchased it thinking that I would mainly use it to practice uppercuts, elbows, and knees. However, I found that I love practicing front snap and rising kicks with this bag. I have used this bag aggressively 4x's per week and it has taken the abuse. It is the favorite bag that I own (total of 4). When/if I break this bag, I will not hesitate to purchase this exact bag again. The bag is soft enough to hit without gloves, but I mostly use 16oz boxing gloves. For kicking I use wear shin pads, but I sometimes kick it without extra padding. I have had no problems. I have not opened the bag to see its contents, and I don't intend to. No funky smells or stuff leaking out of it.
