Is it fun to play with?

Granddaughters enjoyed building it and have fun playing with the horses . They have a lot of Lego sets and keep them set up on shelves when not playing with them. When my children were young , they had a lot of legos and kept building different things . They used them over and over until they were in their teens. I expect the granddaughters sets will eventually be taken apart and used to build something else.

does it come with the green and tan boards that the lego set can be built upon that is shown in the pictures?

The boards are included in the set. My granddaughter LOVED this set.
