Q: What is the most absossrbant pad you have? overnight?

I use Super Plus and the absorbency works for me far better than Depends. I would place myself in the heavy use category. Have never tried an "overnight" pad.

Q: Are these removed by tabs or by tearing down the sides?

Tearing down the sides. They go on like underwear.

Q: Is fabric used for panty smooth or bumpy? I currently am using a panty for jogging and it has a bumpy feel to it that I do not like.

Personally I don't like Tena, it's too bulky. The pad in the pants is way too long. It goes from way up in the back and nearly touches my belly button in the front. I have not used many of the Tena pads. I am 77 years old and stand 50th 3inches. The pants even feel uncomfortable when trying to sleep.

Q: how do I know what size

The small/medium is approximately for a 29"-40" waist size. The large is approximately for a 37"50" waist size. The XL is approximately for a 48"-64" waist size.
