They're not better than OEM but they'll work
The antennae in this package work reasonably enough. My chief complaint is that the wires weren't long enough for me to place the antennas at the top of the display which was where the previous antenna was located. I thought that this was supposed to be an exact replacement for the original but it didn't quite work out that way for me.Still, I was able to install the antennae and they did provide reasonable reception. I don't have the measurements to back it up but I have this feeling in my gut that the laptop has slightly less range than it did before but again, I can't prove it. I'd have to check it against my spectrum analyzer to know for sure.Long story short: The antennae work. They're not better than OEM but they'll work. You'll probably have to relocate one or more of the antennae to a different spot behind the display so it's less than ideal. That's the reasoning behind my rating of "meh."

Garbage. Worthless. Destructive. Buy Something Else!
I need to replace one (of two) antenna on a laptop. The IPEX MHF4 is incredibly cheap. The antenna wires are exceptionally thin (flimsy). And, they are very short - too short to route into the laptop lid. I was unable to get either antenna to connect to the WiFi card. But, it did manage to destroy the male connectors on the WiFi card. BTW, the surviving OEM antenna connects like a champ.

Works perfect!
The leads were short as others mentioned. If you have room to mount the copper sticker pieces then the short leads are OK. I get great signals from wireless access points and my Bluetooth devices work in other rooms away from the laptop. Check the pic. Note I used the original wireless card antenna on the WWAN card I installed and used the 'new' antenna for the original wireless card. People say you need to mount the antenna in the monitor, not true. Put it where it fits in such a way that it will not need to be moved in the future.

Pre packaged trash for your purchasing pleasure
Too short to fit any laptop I've ever seen. The ends splay open when you try to snap them on the wifi card and are then useless....even after trying to reshape them.Junk as far as I'm concerned....not even worth the hassle of returning them.Buyer beware.

Good add on/replacement antennas. Longer wires might be nice.
The wires for the white and black pieces are different lengths. Would be nice if they were a little longer, but I was able to find unshielded areas in HP value notebooks where they would fit. Connected nicely as additional antenna to Intel Wireless-AC 9260 2x2 I used to replace bad Realtek RTL8188EE 1x1 one antenna system. Works great. Bluetooth and AC WiFi working great thanks to this.

Why are these so poorly designed? Unable to attach to Intel M.2 wireless card.

They're too short.
Here’s the issue with regards to this particular antenna, they’re too short. A lap top antenna is underneath the bezel of your laptop screen, for maximum coverage preferable you would like them to end up at the top of the screen where there is housing for them. This antenna barely made it up half way and are rendered useless.
