A: Restaurant grade charcoal. I would also buy a charcoal chimney to get the coals burning properly before you put them in the bbq as they are hard to light. Once they are properly lit there is virtually no smoke.

I used my BBQ for the first time when on holiday in my caravan. I started the charcoal using a chimney then placed the hot coals in the BBQ. The coals burned efficiently and enabled me to cook quickly, giving the meat that barbecue flavour. The BBQ was easy to pack in the car and was stable during cooking. The wire grill was easy to clean.
