Surprisingly comfortable and once you are familiar with setting it up, it takes all of about 2 minutes to get ready. We set it up in the bedroom and it's easy to lay it on the bed and then flip it over onto its legs. I have it set to the second highest setting, and this is the tallest it can go and also put it away at the same time. If you put it to the tallest setting the legs will not fit when you collapse it. It works fine for us, but if you're tall and performing the massage, you might need it higher (I'm 5'9"). It definitely beats giving a massage on a bed. With the bending I would need a massage for giving a massage. I would stress you definitely measure where you're putting it before buying. It's bigger than you'd expect. I did measure but still need to re arrange some small furniture to make it fit.
