what size should i get Large, chest 40d and weight 180 lbs?

I would do either a L or maybe even an XL. I found this to run small. For reference, I am 125 lbs, 34B, I got a small...and it barely fit. It's velcro closure, so I would opt for the larger size and belt it to be safe.

I think it will. But whatever size you normally wear, should be fine. So if you wear a L Order a L. I’m tall.. 5”8 175 , 36 bust.. and the medium fit me.
