1.Battery that won't charge /long-term storage, first check each cell's voltage. Then, perform 2-3 charge/discharge cycles using the balance charger's low-current mode. 2.Check that the charging ports are securely connected and clean.

How to set the charging current?

0.5C-1C Charge Rate Recommend. Charging with a current that is too high can shorten the battery's life or cause abnormal voltage

How to store the battery correctly?

For long-term storage (over one month), charge the battery to about 50% (around 3.8V-3.85V per cell). Keep it in a cool, dry place. Do not store a fully charged or completely empty battery for a long time
