Item description says that this is 25.8" W x 12" L - but it looks more like 12" is the width, not the length. Can anyone confirm this please?

The width of the peel, side to side, is 12". The working length of the peel to the handle attachment point is 12". The total length of the peel is 14" when including the area attached to the handle. The total length of the peel + handle is 28".

I don't own this but I'm familiar with the company. Some of their items are made in the USA. Their name is American Metalcraft USA but that does not indicate it's made in the USA. It needs to have the words "Made in USA" on it. Someone check this and report back.
