would it work for sleeping?

I have used it when I was trying to get used to sleeping with my insulin pump. It really helped and I was comfortable with it. I use it some nights when I dont have a secure place for my pump and to make sure it was close to my body and not get yanked off. For me, it has been really helpful. PERIOD.

Can it be used for sleeping?

Yes, we have several customers that use this product while sleeping. The buckle is by the pocket to make sleeping comfortable.

It shows red in the previews can I get the pouch in red?

Hello, Thank you for your inquiry! Unfortunately, the SPIbelt Adult Diabetic Belt is not available in red. You can find the options using this link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003X3XW1K?ref=myi_title_dp The Original Pocket SPIbelt is available in red, however it does not have a sewn-in pass through hole to allow insulin pump cords to be fed through. If needed, some customers will feed their tubing through the zipper: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B019VGBOW6 Please let me know if you have any questions or need further assistance.
