最初は変な刃付けで使いづらかったですが、砥石で整形していい具合です。 チーズの他、サビキで釣った小鯵を捌くのにも使ってます。

Nicely Cuts Large, Thin Slices of Hard Cheese
Took a bit of getting used to, but it easily makes large, thin slices of hard cheese which is pretty nice! Still practicing… Thinking a large sturdy knife would easily outdo it.
