This product give permanent result or only while using it?

I've only been using this product for 3 weeks. I'm sue you must continue use to maintain results. So far, this priduct out performs all others! It is working! Will know more in another 3-4 weeks.

Now that Vaniqa, a product I have used for successfully for over 10 years is apparently no longer available- does this product work?

Vaniqa worked best for me and nothing has equaled it. Keramene seems to be somewhat effective but does not work as well as Vaniqa.
