Pregi: Ottima qualità di questa sedia-scaletta in legno massiccio e meccanismo in metallo nero. Ottima anche la stabilità (sia perché non oscilla sia per il corrimano), la facilità di apertura da sedia a scala, l'effetto antiscivolo dei gradini (sono rigati) e la plastica nera sul fondo delle zampe per non rigare il pavimento. Cose così così: Un po' laboriosa e poco intuitiva l'apertura da completamente chiusa a sedia, inoltre, da chiusa, a volte cade lo scalino, perché il perno che lo tiene in posizione aggancia poco (meglio tenerla appoggiata al muro o fermare con un cordino). Il corrimano risulta troppo basso per chi è già sull'ultimo gradino, non ci si arriva ad aggrapparsi con la mano, ma è utile per salire. Abbastanza comoda la seduta, ma è sbilanciata in avanti, se uno non se l'aspetta si ha la sensazione di ribaltarsi appena ci si sporge (naturalmente non si cade, è un'oscillazione in avanti che si blocca subito). Infine come sedia esteticamente non è proprio il massimo dell'eleganza, con le due barre nere di metallo molto in vista. Difetti: nessuno di rilievo, salvo forse il prezzo un po' alto (ora è a 167 euro), ma di certo un oggetto di qualità.

The beautiful Italian lines and relatively light weight are remarkable. Yes, it's a pretty penny to ship it here from the UK, but there's nothing of comparable quality for sale in the US. The international shipping was faster than predicted -- 11 days after I placed the order it was on my front porch in Oregon. Few things that I splurge on wind up exceeding my expectations. This is the rare exception. I searched the web for reviews before buying it, and found 7 written in German on an international Amazon site. All were five star ratings, and translated into uniform praise through Google's translator. I agree wholeheartedly. This is a privilege to own.

Bien réalisé avec du bois de qualité, des ajustements et des finitions d'un fabriquant italien sérieux. Le design est aussi agréable. La chaise est facile à utiliser pour la transformer en escabeau. Elle est assez grande et ne convient pas aux petites surfaces, c'est pourquoi j'ai du à regret la renvoyer.

Absolutely delighted with the chair. Well designed, well made in solid wood, comfortable to sit on (with a cushion; I use it as my 'office' chair, am sat on it as I write...) and the ladder function is excellent, easy to put into position and return. I have many high storage cupboards, so use it frequently in ladder mode. The extending safety bar gives a great feeling of security. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.
