Do these go in a regular or overnight diaper?

The Booster Pads work great in diapers and pull ups. I am sure they will work great in overnight diapers too. I highly recommend the Booster Pads for extra wetness support, especially for heavy wetters.

Is it recommended to size up in the diaper when adding these booster pads?

We don’t and it works out fine. These are much thinner than other booster pads. Still decently absorbent though.

How do these compare to sposie? My 4 year old is having a hard time with potty training and is a big water drinker.

For my child, the Dimples worked better than the Sposie. We were still getting night leaks with the Sposie pads. We've rarely got any night leaks since switching to Dimples.
