I Built myself a ebike. And need too add disk brakes. These really worked perfectly.

Easy to assemble on electric mountain bike. Wish instructions were included in the package vs just in the product description here on Amazon. Good value for the money. They were easy to make small adjustments in to make it fit the brakes perfectly.

At first I didn't seem to get a lot of grip out of these, but after I roughed the pads (and they stopped minor squeel) they really dug in and stop on a dime now. My objective was to improve braking over the center-pull rim brakes and they definitely do that. I will be converting my wife's bike with these next.

I can't say they're easy to install because I had never installed brakes before and it took my brain a few minutes to figure out the orientation and such. That was my brain's fault, not the product's. Now I know how to install disc brakes for the first time on a bicycle. At least on mine. I'm so glad I did. I already had a disc brake on the front tire but the back one had the rim-type brake. I didn't realize how much better it would break with two disc brakes. It's amazing. They are a little squeaky towards the end of the braking curve, but it's worth it for the increased length of my life that will be gained. I would definitely recommend these brakes and they're well worth the price.
