Q: Will this work well for leaded soldering or is it only for lead free solder?

I use a tin-lead solder all of the time and it works great!

Q: Is this item good for jewelry making for copper and silver, and did it come easy, medium and hard??

I only use it for soldering electronics. As for the terms easy, medium, or hard, are your referring to the viscosity of the flux? In other words, fluid, medium flow, little flow? If this is the question, it has a viscosity similar to that of Vaseline.

Q: Would this be enough flux to replace a retimer ic on an xbox one x motherboard?

I don’t know specifically, but one should only use small amounts of flux. Too much can be problematic. I do lots of soldering and I’ve only used about 20% of the volume of my tube.
