It's not too small for sleep in? I measure 1m80. ...And i hesitate with 8' feet

I'm 6'7" and take naps in mine all the time. My feet hang off the edge but it's still very comfortable for sleeping in.

I think so. But your going to have to work it through. Meaning pull it up to the door way and then start pushing/squeezing the stuffing through the door way a little at a time. It will be easy the first day or so after you yake it out of the box but after that it grows and will get tougher each day.

Does this furniture off-gas? Is it toxic/have a smell like new foam mattress?

It has a slight smell to it. At least mine did. It's also a bit lumpy too. I recommend getting more filling as well. Most people in my house love it without so it seems to be preference. It's typically illegal to use many of the toxic materials in foam now adays so I would not really worry about that.
