Will they stay in tact with liquids/oils/extracts in them to be able to prepare them in bulk?** A: Yes I fill mine with essential oils for the week and don't have a problem with the capsule dissolving, unlike the vegetable based capsules. **Q: Are these gluten free?** A: I think you need to contact the company for that information. They are at www.nowfoods.com, and NOW FOODS, Bloomingdale Illinois, 60108. **Q: Can you fill with seasoning and cook with these?** A: I am not sure as I have never thought about using the gel caps in cooking. I would contact the NOW company and ask the question. Remember these are gel caps and can be digested in your tummy.
