It works great
Theyโre in May we have a lot of termites flying around because we live in a wooded area so my brother turned around to this and after spraying this around my place, they didnโt come around anymore so I treated all my wood products. I would highly recommend this to be used at your home.

Good stuff
Good quality and pest control approved. Very thick and messy to mix, so have a separate bucket to do mixing in. It does mix well, so no need for long mixing process. Worked as needed

Easy to apply and soaked in well
This is sticky but mixes easily with water when using a drill powered mixing paddle. I used a Maygrove battery powered backpack sprayer to apply it and application of 4 gallons mixed 1:1 to our 20x24โ log cabin took about 3 hours by myself. I thought it would be difficult to apply Bora-Care but I was happily wrong. Donโt put it off it is not difficult at all, and Iโm 67!

Exactly what I needed
Exactly what I needed before storing the reclaimed wood from our 1911 barn. It will be a while before I find out if this woks. But 5 stars for right now.
