Once fixed in place, it is solidly adhered to the wall, it would take a sledge hammer to remove it!!! Although, I believe it can be removed with chemicals, to reposition, to a new location. The dispenser, looks good and was easy to put up, the 4 x sticky pads hold the unit in place, whilst the silicon adhesive sets and hardens, this takes around 24 hours, the dispenser, cannot be used during this period.
